because I was tired after a trip out of town, I stayed in transit at this hotel and it really made my mood not good. The parking lot is very dark, there is no lift access to the lobby on each parking floor, access to the lobby lift requires going up and down stairs where at that time I was carrying quite a lot of stuff. the elevator is not running normally. the elevator button is hard to press. the room was quite stuffy, the AC only produced air but it wasn't too cold. the towels smell musty. the breakfast menu is not very tasty in my opinion. cutlery is not refilled when it is not there. The inside of the restaurant is very hot, no AC is provided. My conclusion is that I am not comfortable with this hotel even though it is in the city center. I will not stay here again.

Room OK but only one lift to serve so many persons & waisted time for waiting. Also limitted car parking on front hotel area & not easy to do that on park building for big car

need more attention on maintain rooms and its facility inside the room. aircon not work well on floor 20 even the hallway is damp and we transferred to 1511 which troubled with the jet shower in the toilet, we adjust it ourselves. the bathroom door is broken, we can't close it nor lock it, we have to put things between the door and ramp to make it closed. thick dust on window and curtain. dirts like white-crust on the blanket.

As former of HK, I admit that the room is clean. However, the bath room should be improved by adding parfume. The view is awesome especially on 30th floor. The breakfast is good enough

The AC is very bad considering Semarang is very hot, the main building feels like never been maintain so it looks old and dirty, the elevator also take so long. The positive room is clean, overall will never comeback
